摘要
铜及铜合金的导热性比钢好得多,铜的导热系数是钢的7倍,随着温度的升高,导热性更好。焊接时大量的热被传导出去,焊件局部难以熔化,必须采用功率大、热量集中的热源,有时还需要预热。当温度超过300℃时,铜极易氧化,大大降低了焊接接头的力学性能,所以铜的焊接接头的性能一般低于焊件本身。通过多年实践经验,就此类有色金属的焊接方法、材料选择、焊接时易出现的问题提出了一些具体解决方案。
Copper and copper alloy thermal's conductivity are much better than steel,copper's thermal conductivity is 7 times for steel,with increasing temperature,thermal conductivity is better.A lot of heat when welding was conducted out of local hard welded to melt,with the powerful,heat concentrated heat source,and sometimes need to preheat.When the temperature exceeds 300 ℃,easily oxidized copper is also greatly reduced the mechanical properties of welded joints,so the performance of welded joints of copper were generally lower than weldment itself.According to many years of practical experience,on such non-ferrous metal welding methods,material selection,welding problems easy to put forward some concrete solutions for welding.
