摘要
核电站核岛主设备压力容器出口、入口法兰内壁及端面(马鞍形)不锈钢堆一直以来采用手工焊接,焊接强度大,焊缝效率低,焊缝质量不易控制。基于此问题开发了马鞍形端面、立面热丝TIG堆焊机,通过多轴控制系统与变位机等周边装置配合,实现了工件参数化输入,自动生成焊接程序,实施自动焊接的转变,解决了生产中的实际问题。
Nuclear power plant equipment,pressure vessels of nuclear island main export,import flange wall and the end face(saddle) stainless steel reactor have been using hand-soldering,hign welding strength,inefficient and hard to control the quality.Based on this problem we develope a saddle-shaped face,facade hot wire TIG welding machine,through the cooperation of multi-axis control system and positioner to achieve the parameters input of workpiece,and the automatic generation of welding procedures,to realize the transformation automatic welding and solve practical problems in production.
