摘要
以汽轮机轴承检测为例,对超声波检测小直径轴承结合情况的可行性、检测工艺和结论评价进行了分析讨论。提出用双晶曲面探头检测的方法解决传统探头直径太大、耦合不好、且杂波太多影响超声波近场区等问题,设计了更方便现场使用的探伤试块,并制定了通用超声波检测工艺和质量评价方法。
Taking the inspection of steam Turbine bearing bushes of Harbin Steam Turbine Plant Co.,Ltd.,as an example,the feasibility of ultrasonic wave of small diameter bearing alloy case welding combining,testing process and conclusion and conclusion of the evaluation are discussed.The inspection method of double-crystal surface probe is proposed to solve the traditional probe diameter too big and coupling too bad and clutter too much,effecting near-field zone of ultrasonic wave.a more convenient test block is designed for onsite use,a general ultrasonic testing technology and quality evaluation are established.
