摘要
目的研究了β-内酰胺类抗生素药物头孢唑酮在表面活性剂微乳液中的释放行为。方法制备Triton X-100体系的胶束和微乳液,用紫外分光光度法测定头孢唑酮在微乳液的释放速率。结果 TritonX-100/n-C10H21OH/H2O体系微乳液对头孢唑酮具有较好的缓释作用。结论表面活性剂体系微乳液可作为一种新的药物控制释放系统。
OBJECTIVE Aβ-1actam antibiotics Cephanone was used to investigate the controlled release in the surfactant microemulsions. METHODS Microemulsions and Micelle were prepared from the Triton X-100 system, the releasing rate of Ceplaanone in the surfactant microemulsions were determined by UV-spectrophotometric. RESULTS Microemulsions of Triton X-100/n-C10H21OH/H2O system can effectively decrease the releasing rate of Cephanone. CONCLUSION Surfactant microemulsions can be made application as a new drug controlled release system.
