摘要
以子囊霉素为原料,经酯化、氯化合成吡美莫司;粗品经柱层析、重结晶得到纯化,最终收率41.1%,纯度95.3%;合成产品经熔点,IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,ESI/MS等分析手段进行鉴定。
Pimecrolimus was synthesized by using ascomycin as a starting material through esterification and chlorination. The pure products were obtained by columnchromatography and crystallization. (the finally yield was 41.1%, the purity was 95.3 % ) The structure was confirmed by melting point, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI/ MS analysis.
