用团体游戏治疗改善大学生人际关系的尝试

摘要 目的:探索大学生人际关系现状,探讨游戏治疗在改善大学生人际关系方面的作用,并通过游戏治疗来增进大学生社会交往及人际沟通能力。方法:通过张贴海报来招募志愿者,运用《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》和《焦虑自评量表》以及自编《主观自评量表》来筛选出被试,对被试实施团体游戏治疗。活动结束,用量表进行后测,并用统计软件进行检验,同时用自编《主观自评量表》请被试对效果进行反馈。结果:治疗后被试个人以及团体成员的人际关系现状明显改善,焦虑状况随之缓解。结论:游戏治疗对改善大学生人际关系有显著效果。 Objective: in order to explore the situation of college students' interpersonal relationship .and discuss the effect of play therapy on it .thus to improve the situation of college students’ interpersonal relationship Method: Utilize "University student Interpersonal relationship Synthesis Diagnosis Meter" (the version of Zheng Richang) and "Interpersonal relationship Meter" and "sas" to recruit the volunteer as well as by putting up posters. Then carry on the selected volunteers. After these, the dates are analyzed by SASS11.5 software.Results: after all the forth experiments, we can find the improvement of students’ situation and the anxiety also decreases owing to the play therapy. Those who took part in the game gained a lot and expressed their gratitude. Conclusion: the play therapy has a significant effect on improving the situation of College students’ interpersonal relationship and we can get the same result by the volunteers' feedback.
