摘要
目的研究鹅不食草总皂苷的提取工艺并测定其含量。方法对比微波、超声、回流等3种鹅不食草总皂苷提取方法,并采用正交实验优化所确定提取方法的最佳提取工艺条件,同时用分光光度法测定总皂苷含量。结果回流提取法为鹅不食草总皂苷最佳提取方法,正交实验确定总皂苷最优提取条件:80%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5h,溶剂用量为14倍量。分光光度法测定总皂苷含量达到69.7%。结论回流提取法提取鹅不食草总皂苷的方法可行,分光光度法测定总皂苷含量简便、灵敏。
Objective To research the extraction process of total saponins from Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.and determine its content.Methods Comparing microwave,ultrasound,returning three kinds of extraction method of saponins from Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.,The orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.,and the content of total saponins determined with spectrophotometry.Results Re? ux extraction for the best saponins extraction,orthogonal experiments saponin optimal extraction conditions:80% of ethanol 2 times,each time 1.5h,14 times the amount of solvent.Spectrophotometry Determination of total saponin content reached 69.7%.Conclusions Reflux extraction of total saponins from Centipeda minima(L.)A.Br.et Aschers.the method is feasible,Determination of total saponin content is simple,sensitive.
