摘要 目的探讨老年原发性三叉神经痛的病因,评估微血管减压术(MVD)治疗老年原发性三叉神经痛(TN)的有效性和安全性。方法回顾分析了24例老年TN患者的发病特点,观察MVD的疗效及其并发症。结果本组24例患者,术后19例疼痛完全消失,4例疼痛明显减轻,卡马西平治疗症状得到控制,1例无效。结论 MVD可治愈或缓解老年TN,手术安全有效。MRTA扫描有助于判断MVD手术的预后,为术前筛选手术患者提供有效的方法。围手术期准备和手术中责任血管的确定对预后十分重要。 Objective To study the causes of trigeminal neuralgia in elderly patients,to evaluate the eff icacy and safety of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in elderly patients.Methods To review and analysis the the clinical characteristics of 24 old aged patients with trigeminal neuralgia,To evaluate the clinical effects and complications of microvascular decompression.Results After operation,19 cases the pain disappear,4 cases have lesspains,and the symptoms can be controlled by carbamazepine,1 patients is invalid.Conclusion MVD could provide pain relief for most trigeminal neuralgia in elderly patients,This operation is safe and effective.before the operation,MRTA imaging can provide information which plays an important role in predicting the clinical outcomes.the cases preparation of the operation and find the bleeding vessels,is very important to cure results.
