摘要
目的分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术并发症及原因,总结防治方法。方法对900例(981只眼)白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术中出现的并发症进行分析并提出防治措施。结果手术常见并发症角膜水肿、虹膜损伤或脱出、后囊膜破裂、前房积血等。结论小切口非超乳化白内障手术安全,并发症少,其并发症发生主要与术者熟练度经验有关。
Objective To analyze the complications and reasons of the small-incision unphacomuliscation cataract surgery.Methods 900 cases（981 eyes） which were taken the surgery of small-incision unphacomuliscation and implantion ofintra-ocular lens（IOL） were analysised.Give some suggestions of the prevention and treatments about the complications.Results The common complications are cornea edema,iris damage or emersion,posterior capsular rupture,anterior chamber hyphema et al.Conclusion The surgery of small-incision unphacomuliscation is safe.The complication occurrence is regarding to the doctor＇s proficiency and experience.
