射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察60例 被引量:1

摘要 目的探计射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选择60例子宫肌瘤(直径〈5cm)患者,在B超监测下,将专用射频凝固器介入到子宫肌瘤内,功率设置为30W,凝固肌瘤组织治疗时间为7-53min。结果治疗总有效率96.7%,治愈率86.7%,好转率5%,有效率5%,无效率3.3%。结论射频消融术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全、可行、疗效肯定的非手术方法。
