“合作竞争、三维评价”在高校田径教学中的运用

The Experimental Research on the Strategy of "Cooperative Competition and Three Dimension Evaluation" Used in College Track-and-field Education

本文通过文献资料分析,走访和问卷调查等手段,设计了"合作竞争、三维评价"策略,并通过教学实验加以检验。研究结果表明:与传统教学方式相比较,"合作竞争、三维评价"策略能较好地激发学生的学习动机,提高学生学习的积极主动性,真正发挥教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用,学生学习成绩提高显著,为学生全面素质发展起到了良好的导向作用,在高校体育教学中是可行的。

In view of the present problem,this research designs the strategy of ＂cooperative competition and three dimension evaluation＂on the basis of the analysis of literature and gather data,investigation on some experts and academician,and tests teaching effect of strategy by the teaching experiment.The study result indicates：Compared with traditional teaching methods,the strategy of ＂Cooperative competition and three dimension evaluation＂can inspire study motivation,improve study enthusiasm,exert effectively the leading quality of teachers and principal part quality of students.The strategy of ＂Cooperative competition and three dimension evaluation＂is feasible to college P.E teaching and can acquire better teaching effect.
