摘要
硬质合金在烧结过程中晶粒容易长大,近年来国内外对硬质合金中添加剂进行了许多研究。本文综述硬质合金晶粒长大抑制剂的抑制机理、加入方式、影响晶粒长大抑制剂抑制效果的因素。介绍了过渡族碳化物、稀土、B和P、Cu和Mo等抑制剂及其它们对合金性能影响,以及晶粒长大抑制剂复合添加、新的制备方式与新的抑制剂的开发。
The grain growth easily occurs for cemented carbide in the process of sintering. In recent years, various researches of adding grain growth inhibitor in cemented carbide have been studied at home and abroad. The mechanism of inhibition of the grain growth inhibitor, addition method and influencing factors of inhibition are summarized. Meanwhile, transition metal carbide, rare earth, boron, phosphorus, copper and molybdenum grain growth inhibitor, their effects on the properties of the alloy, combined addition, new preparation methods and new development of inhibitor are introduced.
