2-氯-3,3′,4,4′,5-五甲氧基二苯甲酮的全合成及表征

摘要 目的合成2-氯-3,3′,4,4′,5-五甲氧基二苯甲酮。方法以3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、傅克(Friedel-Crafts)酰化、氯代反应制备2-氯-3,3′,4,4′,5-五甲氧基二苯甲酮。结果产物结构经质谱(ESI-MS)、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行了表征,反应总收率80%。结论本文首次全合成了新化合物2-氯-3,3′,4,4′,5-五甲氧基二苯甲酮,工艺合理可行、简单实用。 Objective To synthesize 2-Chloro-3,3',4,4',5-pentamethoxydiphenylmethanone.Methods 2-Chloro-3,3',4,4',5-pentamethoxydiphenylmethanone was prepared from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid by acylation,Friedel-Crafts acylation and chlorination.Results Products were characterized by ESI-MS,1H-NMR,and 13C-NMR.The overall yield was about 80%.Conclusion 2-Chloro-3,3',4,4',5-pentamethoxydiphenylmethanone was firstly totally synthesized from 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoic acid.And the designed technology provides a simple,reasonable and practicable procedure for the synthesis of 2-chloro-3,3',4,4',5-pentamethoxydiphenylmethanone.
