摘要
目的:为了解天津市野外淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的敏感性,以便通过抗性水平来指导合理用药。方法:浸渍法。结果:淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯已产生抗性,抗性呈上升趋势,对DDVP也已产生较高抗性,对DDT,巴沙,辛硫磷呈现敏感。结论:抗性水平的高低与化学杀虫剂用量大小和使用方法及频率密切相关,对溴氰菊酯及DDVP应控制使用。
objective:To estimate the susceptibility or resistance of culex pipieus pallens larva to Deltamethrin,DDVP,DDT ,Bassa and Phoxim. Method :Dipping method. Result Resistance of Culex pipiens larva to deltmethrin showed apparent and tended to ascend. To DDVP it showed higher level. To DDT,Bassa and Phoxim it did not existed. The resistance level was costly related to the used quantily,method and frequency of useing chemical insecticide. We Should not use deltamethrin and DDVP in the place which have been developed higher resistance areas in future.
