当前高校学生工作面临种种缺失,精细化管理作为一种企业理念和文化引入高校能够着力解决学生工作中精细与效率的矛盾,最终促进学生工作粗放模式向精细模式转变。本文通过界定相关概念,分析学生工作的缺失和引进精细化管理的可行性,从而阐述学生工作精细化管理的价值和意义。

Nowadays,there are all kinds of deficiencies in college student work.Fine management as a corporate concept and culture can solve the contradiction of fine and efficiency in student work,and promote it transforming from extensive mode to intensive mode.The paper through defining related concept to analyze student work＇s deficiencies and the feasibility of introducing fine management,then elaborated its value and meaning.
