水力泵排液工艺在蒙古塔木察格油区的应用

Application of Hydraulic Pump Liquid Discharge Process in Meng Gutamu Taga Oil Region

塔木察格油区储层埋藏深,原油粘度高,采用常规抽汲排液方式难以达到试油目的。而采用深井、稠油井水力泵排液工艺管柱,通过优选工作制度,调整排液设备地面工作参数,优选核心部件匹配,可准确求取到目的层产能、流压等参数,弥补了抽汲方式的不足。

Reservoir at Tamu Chaga oil region is buried deep,whose oil viscosity is high,and the conventional swabbing and discharge is difficult to achieve the purpose of testing the oil.While,utilizing process and string of Hydraulic pump liquid discharge for deep,heavy oil wells,optimizing work systems,and adjusting operating parameters of floor drain devices,optimizing the core matching component,low pressure and other parameters can acquired accurately which recuperates the shortage of swabbing manners.
