摘要 通过压裂施工前将存储式电子压力计随管柱下入到目的层,完整地记录压裂施工过程和压后排液的真实井底压力、温度变化情况。利用所录取的数据,可准确计算压裂施工不同阶段管柱的实际摩阻,建立深层气井压裂液摩阻图版;科学指导破胶剂追加,确保压裂液及时破胶返排;优化设计固化剂固化温度和固化时间,有效防止气井压后返排时支撑剂回流现象;解释、拟合人工裂缝长度和储层渗透率等参数,有效评价压后增产效果。 Lowering storage electronic pressure gauge with the testing string to the target layer prior to fracturing,a complete record of the process of fracturing and the true bottom hole pressure and temperature changes of flowing after pressure is recorded.Taking advantage of the data,the actual friction of the column at different stages of fracturing can be calculated accurately and friction plate of fracturing fluid for deep gas well is established.Guiding to add gel breaking agent scientifically,fracturing fluid is ensured gal breaking and backflow timely;optimal designing curing temperature and curing time of the curing agent,the phenomenon of the proppant to return when flowing back after fracture the gas well is effectively prevent.Interpreting and matching parameters such as length of artificial fracture and reservoir permeability,the increasing production effect after fracture is evaluated effectively.
