省思内地法学教育之革新——以台湾法学教育为视角

Reflect on the reforming of mainland's law education——from the perspective of Taiwan's law education

法学教育对民主法治国家来说至关重要,台湾与内地的法学教育观念虽有不同,但从历史的角度看,同一源流。学习、借鉴台湾法学教育改革经验,批判其不足,有利于推动法学教育的改革与创新。

In the process of building a democratic and law-ruled country,law education has a profound impact.Though there are some differences in law education between the inland and Taiwan Region,it has the same original source from the historical view.It will be beneficial for us to the reform and innovation of law education,if we learn from the experience of law education reform in Taiwan Region and criticize it＇s inadequacies.
