摘要
面对金融行业竞争焦点从"以产口为中心"向"以客户为中心"的转变,我国商业银行必须致力于通过客户关系管理来提高其核心竞争力。文章首先就商业银行数据仓库和商业银行CRM系统做了基本的概述,然后重点对数据仓库在银行CRM系统中的应用做了分析,最后提出了一系列基于数据仓库的商业银行CRM系统有效应用的配套措施。
The face of "customer-centric" concept of the continuous penetration in the financial sector,China's commercial banks must be committed to customer relationship management to improve their core competitiveness.The article first data warehouse to commercial banks and commercial banks in CRM system as a basic overview and then focus on the CRM data warehouse in the banking system were analyzed,and finally a series of commercial banks based on data warehouse and effective application of CRM system supporting measures.
