摘要
首先分析了近几年来高校资金来源的构成变化,发现高校资金来源中学杂费所占的比重越来越大,然后针对高校收费中存在的问题,给出了提高高校收费率的几点建议。
In this paper,we analyse the source of capital in the universities tuition and increasing the proportion of the tuition fee,and put forward the existing problems.Finally,we give some Suggestions to the rate of improve universities tuition.
