摘要
目的：观察路盖克对各种癌痛的镇痛效果。方法：５８例癌痛者给予口服路盖克２片／次，ｔｉｄ，７ｄ为一疗程。结果：完全缓解１３例（２２．４％）；部分缓解３２例（５５．２％）；轻度缓解９例（１５．５％），无效４例（６．９％）；总缓解率为９３．１％；未发现明显不良反应。结论：路盖克是一种比较安全、有效的癌痛治疗药物。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic effect of Galake (compound tablet of dihydrocodeine tartrate and paracetamol) in treatment of carcinoma pains. METHODS :58 patients with carcinoma pain were allocated to receive 2 Galake tablets three times daily for 7d. RESULTS :The following results with no side effect were obtained:complete remission 22.4%(13),partial remission 55.2%(32),mild remission 15.5%(9) and no remission 6.9%(4).Z]CONCLUSION :Galake is a safe and effective agent for treatment of carcinoma pains.
