2000—2009年北京口岸入境外籍人员与出境中国人HIV检出率比较

Comparison on HIV Positive Rate among Entry Foreigners and Exit Chinese at Beijing Port in 2000～2009

〔目的〕分析北京口岸2000—2009年入境外籍人员与出境中国人HIV检出率有无差别及发展趋势,为开展北京口岸出入境人员艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。〔方法〕对2000—2009年北京口岸入境外籍人员和出境中国人进行HIV抗体的实验室检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕在433910名出入境人员中,检出HIV感染者118例,总检出率为2.72/万。其中出境中国人275825人,检出HIV感染者24例,检出率为0.87/万;入境外籍人员158085人,检出HIV感染者94例,检出率为5.95/万。入境外籍人员HIV检出率明显高于出境中国人,外籍人员HIV检出率无逐年增长趋势,中国人HIV检出率呈逐年增长趋势。〔结论〕加强出入境人员艾滋病检测工作,开展健康教育、行为干预,防止艾滋病从入境口岸传入我国。

Objective To analyze the difference of HIV positive rates between foreigner and Chinese from 2000 to 2009 at Beijing Port,and to provide scientific basis for AIDS control and prevention among entry-exit personnel at Beijing Port.Method HIV serological detection was conducted in 158 085 entry foreigners and 275 825 exit Chinese,and the test results were analyzed.Result In 433910 entry-exit personnels,118 HIV infectioners were found,the positive rate was 2.72 per 10 000.Of exit Chinese,there were 24 HIV infection,and infection rate was 0.87 per 10000.While,for entry foreigners,94 were found HIV positive,and positive rate was 5.95 per 10 000.HIV-positive rates of foreigners was significantly higher than Chinese,and foreigners without growth trends of HIV positive rates yearly,but HIV positive rates of the Chinese were increasing trend year by year.Conclusion The work of entry-exit personnel HIV testing,health education,behavior intervention should be emphasized.
