摘要
研究了稳恒磁场(0T、1T和12T)对纯铁渗碳行为的影响。试验发现,当磁场方向与渗碳表面垂直时,施加强磁场将促进渗碳过程的进行,且随着磁场强度的增加,这种促进作用增强;当磁场方向与渗碳表面平行时,施加磁场则抑制渗碳过程,且随着磁场强度的增加,其抑制程度也加强。
The effect of magnetic filed on carburizing behavior of pure iron was investigated. The results show that the magnetic filed can accelerate the carburizing process when the magnetic filed direction is perpendicular to the carburized surface,and this effect increases with the enhancement of magnetic filed intensity. The magnetic filed will restrain the carburizing process when the magnetic filed direction is parallel to the carburized surface,and this effect will increase with the enhancement of magnetic field intensity.
