供热装备中异种钢材的焊接问题及应对措施

摘要 在安装供热装备的锅炉及管网时,两种钢材对焊会产生焊缝金属稀释、脆性过渡层、碳扩散迁移等,造成接头熔合区发生脆性断裂及热疲劳等质量问题。通过采取焊前预热和焊缝缓冷以充分消除热应力等措施,这些问题均能得到解决。 When boiler and pipeline of heat supply equipment are installed,the dilution of weld metal,brittle transition zone,carbon diffusion and so on will take place during butter-welding two types of steel,thus causing the fusion area to embrittle and even crack as well as to produce thermal fatigue. Above questions will be solved through the adoption of such resolvents as prewelding preheating and slowly cooling the weld thereby sufficiently relieving the thermal stress.
