摘要
超宽带高功率脉冲辐射源是高功率微波武器的一种,利用高能微波可以对无线电、雷达系统、通讯系统、计算机系统甚至电力系统等设施进行破坏。本文介绍了辐射源的研究现状、结构和气体开关的工作原理,并对辐射源脉冲进行测量。通过理论和实验数据的分析表明:采用氮气并且工作在高电场和10atm大气压强的条件下,可以获得500ps的脉冲前沿。
One of High Power Microwave(HPM) weapons is ultra wide-band high power pulse source.Which destroys wireless,radar system,communication system,computer system and even electric power system using high-energy microwave.In this paper,the pulse source's research present situation,structures and the gas switch's principle of work,and measure of the source's pulse are described.From the analysis of data experiment and theory,the pulse source can obtain 500ps of risetime if it works with N2 in the condition of high electric field and 10 atm air pressure.
