摘要
从企业制度变迁视角探讨投资者保护的产生和演变有助于从根源上探索投资者保护的有效途径。本文以企业制度的发展变迁为脉络,从企业所有权结构,法律环境,以及资本市场发展方面分析了企业制度变迁过程中投资者保护的主要矛盾及其相应解决途径,为有效的投资者保护制度设计提供理论支撑。
The study on the origin and evolution of investor protection from the perspective of institutional change of enterprises may help explore the effective way of investor protection. With the thread of institutional change of enterprises, this paper analyzes the major conflict and its solution approach of investor protection from ownership structure, legal environment and capital market, providing theoretical background for the design of investor protection institution.
