摘要
根据锥齿轮的结构和加工特性,简要说明了锥齿轮注射模具的结构特点和主要零部件热处理方法的选择,选择能提高模具寿命的最优热处理方法。
According to the structure and processing feature of the bevel gear , the structural feature of injection mold of bevel gear and the choice of heat treatment process of main parts are briefely descripted. The optimal heat treatment improving the die life can be obtained by the choice.
