摘要
本文介绍了低碳钢经热轧或热扩后,在无缝钢管的显微组织中存在带状组织缺陷,为了消除这种组织缺陷,我们在实验室条件下进行了工艺性试验。试验结果表明,只要严格控制从正火温度出炉后的冷却速度大于该钢铁素体析出的临界冷却速度,则显微组织中的带状组织就不再出现。经过生产实践验证,消除带状组织的热处理方法是有效和实用的。探讨了低碳变形钢显微组织中带状组织的形成原因及消除机理。
This article describes that there are the banded structure defect in microstructure of the seamless steel tube of low carbon steel after hot-rolled or hot-expanded. In order to eliminate the structure defect we carried out a process test in laboratory. The test results show that as long as strictly control cooling rate to be greater than the critical cooling rate of the ferrite after the nomalization, the banded structure in the microstructure appears no longer. After verification of production practices, the method eliminated banded structure by the heat treatment is effective and applicable. It is discussed formation and its elimination mechanism of banded structure in microstructure of low carbon deformation steel.
