正火对船板钢低温时效冲击性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 对60mmE级船板的热轧态和正火后的试样进行相应的时效冲击试验,结果表明,正火后的E级船板,从表面至心部组织一致,晶粒细小且均匀分布,-40℃时效冲击合格,且时效敏感系数较小,低温时效性能得到了显著的提高。并对正火处理后的E级船板的间隙原子C、N的分布,位错的变化及组织演化对时效性能的影响进行了初步的分析和讨论。 The appropriate ageing impact test is made for the samples of 60 mm E grade shipbuilding steel as hot roiled and after normalizing. The results show that the E grade shipbuilding steel possess homogeneous microstructure and fine grain from surface to matrix, ageing impact at -40℃ on compliance, lesser ageing sensitive coefficient, significantly improving the low temperature ageing impact property. And the influence of such factors as the distribution of the interstitial atoms C and N, the dislocation variety , the microstructure evolution on the ageing property for E grade shipbuilding steel afer normalizing is analyzed and discussed.
