摘要
[ 目的] 研究腺苷三磷酸氯化镁对油酸性急性呼吸窘迫综合征动脉血氧分压的影响.[ 方法] 以21 只大白鼠为实验动物,建立油酸型急性呼吸窘迫综合征模型,随机分为3 组,即正常组、损伤组及治疗组,观察肺组织病理改变及动脉血氧分压变化.[ 结果] 腺苷三磷酸氯化镁治疗组的病理改变比损伤组明显减轻,治疗组动脉血氧分压高于损伤组.[ 结论]
OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of ATP magnesium chloride on PaO 2 in experimental acute respiratory distress syndrome.METHOD 21 rats were divided into 3 groups:control group,oleic acid group and ATP magnesium chloride treated group.Acute respiratory distress model was produced by intravenous injection of oleic acid. RESULT PaO 2 in ATP megnesiun chloride treated group was higher than that in oleic acid group.CONCLUSION Histologic injury in ATP magnesium chloride treated group was significantly improved as compared with oleic acid group.
