两种基质聚维酮碘栓剂的比较研究

Contrasted research on two kinds of polyvidoni zodidum suppository's ground substance

［ 目的］ 制备聚维酮碘栓剂．［ 方法］ 以不同配比的甘油明胶基质，用热溶法制成甘油明胶聚维酮碘栓剂，通过质量检查和稳定性实验与半合成脂肪酸栓剂进行比较．［ 结果］ 一定配比甘油明胶聚维酮碘栓剂溶点高、硬度好，并释药度和水溶性好于半合成脂肪酸栓剂，可适应于高温地区贮存．［

OBJECTIVE To prepare polyvidoni iodidum suppository.METHOD By thermal melting method, polyvidoni iodidum vagine suppository(A) was prepared with gelatin and contrasted in stability with another preparation polyvidoni iodidum vagine suppository(B) which prepared by semisynthesis fat acid. RESULT A which is perpared in some proportin has higher melting point and better stiff, and has better dissolution rate than B in releasing drug and water solubility. So A is more suitable to store at high temperature area.CONCLUSION All indexes of A accord with the fix by pharmacopeia.
