摘要
[ 目的] 探讨调控工作室温度及检测时间对血细胞分析仪质量控制效果.[ 方法] 对在各种条件保存的乙二胺四乙酸K2 抗凝的同一份静脉血用CoulterJT分析仪观察不同条件下的测定结果.[ 结果]10 ℃时,24h 内各红细胞系参数的测定值变化小于3 % ,其中红细分布宽度小于2 % ,20 ℃时各参数稳定性优于10 ℃时相应测定值,随时间延长基本无变化,30 ℃时,红细胞、血红蛋白较稳定,其余各指标波动较大,血细胞比容、红细胞平均容积、红细胞分布宽度明显增高,变化率各达10-3 % ,8-2 % ,7-3 % ,而红细胞平均血红蛋白量、血红蛋白浓度呈下降趋势,变化率为5-5 % ,12-2 % .血液抗凝标本保存于20 ℃条件下,4h 内测定完毕,各参数最为稳定、可靠,10 ℃时次之,而30 ℃保存时,测红细胞系参数时间不能超过4h ,血小板及血小板体积值在30 ℃时随时间延长、升高较快,应尽快测定.[ 结论]
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between regulation of Lab's temperature, time of detection and the quality control of blood cell analyzer.METHOD The same venous blood sample(anticoagulant is ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid K2 ) preserved in different conditions were detected by Coulter JT analyzer, and results observed.RESULT A parameters are relatively stable during 24h at 10℃, CV<3% and red cell distribution width's CV<2%.When temperature is 20℃, the results' stability at 20℃ is superiour to that at 10℃.When temperature is 30℃,red blood cell and hemoglobin are very stable, but other results are variable;haematocrit,mean corpuscular volume and red cell distribution width all increase by 10 3%,8 2% and 7 3% respectively, while mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration have downtrend with 5 5% and 12 2% respectively.When samples are preserved in 20℃ and detected with 4h, all results are stable and reliable; when preserved at 10℃, the results are relatively accuracy, and when at 30℃, the samples must be detected within 4h,meanwhile platelet and packed cell volume increase as time being prolonger.CONCLUSION The detection results by blood cell analyzer is corel ative with rational regulation of lab's tempreature and detection time.
