激光透射鼻甲粘膜下组织治疗慢性鼻炎的临床及组织学观察

Clinical and histological observation for the laser transmited to the tissue under the turbinate mucous membrane to treat chronic rhinitis

［ 目的］ 治疗慢性鼻炎．［ 方法］ 利用激光透射的生物效应，并观察组织学变化．［ 结果］ ２０１例慢性鼻炎患者经激光治疗后，显效率为９３－０ ％ ，良好率为４－５ ％ ，无效率为２－５ ％ ．术前鼻甲粘膜为假复层纤毛柱状上皮，上皮的纤毛残缺、断裂，固有层结缔组织中的腺体呈弥漫性增生，周围充血、水肿，大量的炎性细胞浸润，静脉血窦明显扩大．术后粘膜表面仍为假复层纤毛柱状上皮，基底细胞完整，固有层内结缔组织增生，腺体数目及炎性细胞明显减少，无明显的炎性充血及水肿，静脉血窦明显缩小．［ 结论］

OBJECTIVE To treat chronic rhintis.METHOD The biological effects of Nd YAG laser were used and the histological changes observed. RESULT The effectual rate reach 93.0%; favorable rate 4.5%; no effective rate 2.5% in the 201 cases with chronic rhinitis. The surface of mucous membrane are pseudostralified ciliated columnar epithelium before surgery, the cilia of epithelia are incomplete and breaking. The body of glands shows diffuse proliferation and hyperemia, hydrops around the tissue. The connective tissue appear diffuse proliferation, body of glands,inflammatory cells are obviously decreased and there are no obviously inflammatory hyperemia,hydrops in lamina proprie. The venious cavernous sinus are obviously shrunk. CONCLUSION The laser transmited to the tissue under turbinate the mucous membrane is relatively ideal method for curing chronic rhinits.
