摘要
目的在玻碳电极表面形成DNA-聚烷基紫精复合膜,研究该膜的电化学特性及Co(bpy)3+3在该膜上的电化学响应。方法聚阳离子与聚阴离子通过静电引力形成复合物。结果在复合膜电极上的Co(bpy)3+3的响应电流比它在光的玻碳电极上高。但还原峰向正向移动,氧化峰向负向移动。结论复合膜中的DNA保持它在溶液中的性质,探寻了一种研究DNA特性的新方法。
Objective A complex film of DNA and polyalkylviologen (PAVG) at glass carbon electrode was fabricated. Its structure and electrochemical characteristics were studied.The electrochemical response of Co(bpy)3+3at this comples film was investigated. Methods A Complex was formed by Coulombian force between polycation and polyanion. Result The response current of Co(bpy)3+3 at complex film electrode was higher than it was at bare glass carbon electrode, but the reduction peak was shift to more positive,and the oxidation peak to more negative direction. Conclusion DNA in complex film maintained its property as it was in solution,and a new way to study DNA characteristics was found.
