摘要
本文通过对河南产业集聚区发展现状和存在问题的分析,提出了促进河南省产业集聚区发展的若干建议,如坚持以产业集群提升产业集聚区建设,加大园区科技和财政投入,完善产业集聚区的支持体系等。尤其是明确提出实施人才自主培训战略,为集聚区的更好发展奠定后备力量,为产业集聚区的可持续发展提供充足动力。
This paper, through analysis of the development status and problems of Henan industrial cluster district, proposed some suggestions to promote the development of industrial cluster district in henan province, such as adhering to by the industry cluster to enhance the industrial cluster district, increasing the technology and investment to park, improving the industrial cluster district＇s support system and so on. In particular, it proposed the implementation of self-training of human resources strategy to gather mothball strength for the better development and provide enough power for the sustainable development of industry cluster.
