设立黄河三角洲产业投资基金的可行性研究

黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展规划给黄河三角洲区域经济发展带来了前所未有的机遇。本文根据区域内经济发展的实际需要,借鉴国内外发展产业投资基金实践经验,提出建立黄河三角洲产业投资基金的必要性;并在结合黄河三角洲区域经济金融状况的基础上,重点研究了建立黄河三角洲区域产业投资基金的可行性;最后就建立产业投资基金过程中面临的问题提出了相应的对策建议。

The development plan for Yellow River Delta efficient and ecological economic zone brings the unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the development of economy in Yellow River Delta. According to the practical needs of this region and the experience of the industry investment fund practices both at home and abroad, this paper shows the necessity of setting up Yellow River Delta industrial investment fund. Most important of all, based on the financial and economic situation of this region, this paper places emphasis on the feasibility analysis of setup. In the end, it puts forward some solutions to the problems arising in the setup process.
