The materials management is a major economic activity of the enterprise management. Acting as the corporate materials management, it is not only a professional management of company materials department, and aslo should be the concerns of the business leaders, as well as the production team and the relevant departments participate jointly in order to form a better modern enterprise materials management system. The author analyzes the construction projects and maintenance projects based on the status of this unit.
