摘要
介绍了企业信息资源管理的内容、发展历程与问题。分析了进行企业信息资源管理评价的必要性与相关原则,构建了企业信息资源管理评价的指标体系;给出了进行企业信息资源管理评价的层次分析法、德尔非法、模糊评价法与平衡计分卡法4种方法,并分别对其评价注意事项做出了分析。
It introduced the content, the development and existed problems of enterprise information resource management in China. By analyzing the necessity and reciprocity of enterprise information resource management evaluation, the evaluation index system of information resource management was built up. The evaluation analysis was made on this index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process, Delphi Method, Fuzzy Evaluation and the Balanced Score Card, and some suggestions were put forward.
