摘要
改革开放30多年来,我省民营企业已经从所谓的"边缘化经济"发展成为我省社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,在促进我省经济的发展中起到了举足轻重的作用。但在民营企业高速发展的同时,劳动合同签订情况存在诸多问题,严重影响我省经济的发展。因此,有必要予以研究和解决,建立良好的劳资关系,促进我省经济健康发展。
Since 30 years of reform and opening up, the private enterprises of our province had developed from the so-called "marginalized economy" to be an important part of the socialist market economy in our province, and played an vital role in promoting economic development in our province. However, at the same time of the rapid development of private enterprises, there are many problems in the process of making the labor contracts, which seriously impact our province's economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to study and solve these problems, establish good relations between the employees and employers, to promote healthy economic development in our province.
