The implementation of engineering bill pricing mode is a big progress of construction cost management system, also a powerful tool for the global construction industry peer competition after China＇s accession to WTO. This paper discusses the formation and characteristics of engineering quantities pricing mode, focuses on the problems often occuring in the use of the bill pricing of construction enterprises, and how to improve the levels of using engineering bill pricing, which provides theory basis for engineering cost employees correctly using engineering bill pricing.
