工业工程管理思想在乡镇企业中越来越受关注,通过对多年来乡镇企业的发展情况的总结与描述,本文探讨了乡镇企业应如何科学的管理与发展,并以典型乡镇企业的发展实例,说明了工业工程在乡镇企业中的应用是社会与企业发展的共同趋势,也是乡镇企业保持鲜活生命力的必然。
Industrial project management thinking ges more and more attention in the township enterprises. Through the summary and description of the development of township enterprises over many years, this paper investigates how to conduct the scientific management and development of township enterprises, and based on a typical example of development of township enterprises shows that the application of the industrial project in the township enterprises is the common trend of social and enterprises development, and is necessary to keep fresh of township enterprises.
