University Instructor:Pain and Happiness

辅导员顾名思义既要起好"辅"又要做好"导"的作用。在大学辅导员既是一个班级的组织者、教育者和管理者,又是学生健康成长的引路人,还是联系班级任课教师与学生的纽带,更是班级幕后的总导演。笔者分析了当前大学辅导员管理工作的几个重点,以及辅导员引导学生认识自我,自主学习,为学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观,成为全面发展的实用型人才以及辅导学生过程的艰辛与快乐。

Just as its name implies a instructor has to do well ＂auxiliary＂ and also ＂lead＂. University instructor is a organizer, educator and administrator of classroom, but also the guider for the student healthy growth, and the bond contacting the class teachers and students, aslo is the general director behind the class scenes. The author analyzes a few priorities of the current management of the University counselor. The counselors should guide students to know themselves, independently study, help students establish a correct life outlook, world outlook and values outlook, and become comprehensive development and practical talents. This paper as well as analyzes the difficulty and happiness in the process of counseling students.
