我国基本医疗保险制度在10余年的道路中,不断地深化改革,对医药行业的发展有一定的影响作用。本文采用比较和文献分析法,对基本医疗保险制度下医药费用在某些方面出现的问题进行研究,阐述了存在此类问题的症结所在,从而提出控制药价方面的对策和建议。

China＇s basic medical insurance system has been constantly reformed in more than 10 years, and has some influence on the development of the pharmaceutical industry. This paper, using comparison and document analysis, studys the problems appeared in some areas of the cost of medicines under the basic medical insurance system, explains the sticking point of the problems and recommends measures and suggestions to control medical prices.
