摘要
采用红外光谱对自制的聚醚嵌段亲水性氨基硅油进行结构表征,并将其应用于纯棉织物的柔软整理,考察了处理浴pH值、温度、整理剂用量和烘干温度对柔然整理效果的影响。结果表明,优化的聚醚嵌段亲水性氨基硅油柔软整理工艺为:处理浴pH值6,温度40℃,柔软剂用量3%~5%(omf),烘干温度90℃;处理浴温度、pH值和烘干温度对整理织物白度的影响较为显著,整理织物的色泽、柔软性、亲水性等性能对各工艺参数的耐受性极强。
Structures of self-made polyether block hydrophilic amino silicone were characterized by infrared spectrum, and its application to soft finishing of cotton fabric was carried out. Influences of pH value and temperature of treatment bath, dosage of the softener and drying temperature on finishing results were investigated, and significance of processing conditions on finishing results was analyzed. Results showed that the optimum finishing process with polyether block hydrophilic amino silicone were: treating at 40 ℃ with softener 3% -5%(omf)and pH value 6,and then drying at 90 ℃. Temperature and pH value of treatment bath and drying temperature had significant influences on whiteness of treated fabric, while color, softness, hydrophilcity of treated fabric had good tolerability to processing conditions.
