Operation keys in jet overflow dyeing were introduced in detail,including controlling bath ratio and pH value, ways of dissolving and dispensing dyes in one-bath dyeing with disperse and direct dyes, procedures of heating up, cooling down and holding, addition of leveling agents and adjustment of overflow valves and nozzles. Three cases and processing conditions were given to demonstrate that products could meet quality requirements and realize energy saving by optimizing jet overflow dyeing process.
