摘要
目的探讨高中教师的生活质量状况,为提高高中教师的生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用生活质量综合评定量表,对河南省363名城乡高中教师进行调查。结果高中男教师更能适应高中的工作状态,女教师的心理压力较大;身体健康的教师有较强的身心承受能力;已婚教师的精神生活更丰富,但来自物质生活的压力较大;城市教师的物质生活条件明显优于农村教师;重点高中教师的物质生活和主观感受亦好于非重点高中;不同学科教师生活质量存在个体差异。结论性别、婚姻状况、来自于城市还是农村及任教学科是影响高中教师生活质量的重要变量。应重视高中教师生活质量,做好教师的心理卫生工作。
Objective To investigate the quality of life(QOL) about the high school teachers, and to provide evidence for improving their QOL. Methods Quality of Life Questionnaire was adopted to do psychological tests among 363 high school teachers from urban and rural. ResultsThe male teachers were more adaptation than the female, and the female had more mental stresses, the teacher who had a sound body also can bear more pressures, the married high school teachers had a more colorful spiritual life than the single's, but they felt more pressure than the single's in the material life, teachers of suburban had a significant better material life than the rural teachers, the key high school teachers had much better material life and subjective feeling than the teachers not from key high schools. Teachers in different disciplines also had significant differences in the quality of life. Conclusion The factors including gender, marriage or not, from suburban or rural and discipline all had influences to the quality of life of high school teachers. More attention should be given to the high school teachers' status of life and enhancing their physical and mental health.
