摘要
结合山东三山岛海下金矿的地质力学模型试验,在借鉴了大量固相模型材料研究的基础上,研制了流-固两相模型材料,较好地解决了固体模型材料遇水容易崩解的问题。通过对相似材料进行试验,重点研究了材料中不同骨料配比、骨料与胶结物的配比以及胶结物中胶结材料的配比等因素对试块强度的影响规律。通过调整材料配比可得到参数变化幅度较大的模型材料,从而可用来更广泛地模拟不同的岩体材料。这些研究成果为岩石力学相似模型试验提供了参考。
Combining with test on geomechanical model for undersea gold mine in Shandong,liquid-solid two-phase model material was developed based on a large of experimental studies on solid-phase model material,so as to solve the problem of solid model material being collapsed in water.Based on the experiment on simulated material,research was focused on the effects of several factors on the strength of test block,including proportioning of different aggregates in material,proportion of aggregate to cement,as well as proportioning of cementing material in cement.A model material with parameters varied largely can be obtained by adjusting the proportioning of materials,which can be used to simulate different material for rock mass.This research result can provide reference for the similar material model test of rock mechanics.
