摘要
针对某低品位钒矿的特点,采用物理选矿,抛除60%左右尾矿,得到-0.246 mm粒级富钒矿物,并采用直接酸法浸出钒。在硫酸浓度25%,浸出温度90℃,液固比2∶1,浸出时间4 h的条件下,V2O5的浸出率可以达到91%,比传统钠法焙烧工艺提高10个百分点以上。
Aiming at the characters of some low-grade vanadium ore,vanadium-rich minerals whose gradation were-0.246 mm were obtained by physical beneficiation to remove about 60% tailings and vanadium was leached by direct acid process.The leaching rate of V2O5 can reach 91% under the conditions that the concentration of sulfuric acid was 25%,leaching temperature was 90 ℃,liquid-solid ratio was 2∶1 and leaching time was 4 h,which improved the leaching rate above 10% than that by traditional sodium method roasting process.
