摘要
3-芳氧基丙醛系列化合物是一类重要的中间体,广泛地应用于医药、塑材、表面活性剂等领域.探索与改进了3-芳氧丙醛的合成方法,以取代酚与3-溴-1,1-二甲氧基缩丙醛发生取代反应,在酸性条件下脱保护以最高82%的总收率合成了系列3-芳氧基丙醛化合物.本方法反应条件温和、操作简单、总收率高,具有较强的应用前景.
3-Aryloxypropanals are important intermediates for the preparations of medicines,plasticizers and surfactants.An improved preparation of 3-aryloxypropanal is reported starting from substituted phenols,followed by coupling with 3-bromo-1,1-dimethoxypropane and deprotection in acidic condition in good (up to 82%) overall yield.The whole processes are mild,simple and reliable for larger scale preparations.
