不同提取方法对蓑衣草挥发性成分的分离效果 被引量:2

The Effects of Different Extraction Methods on the Constituents of Volatile Oil from Eulaliopsis binata

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏及乙醚浸提法提取蓑衣草挥发油,采用GC-MS对挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,运用峰面积归一化法,测得各成分在挥发油中的百分含量并对不同提取方法进行比较。结果如下:乙醚浸提法分离出61个峰,鉴定出47个组分,含量占挥发油的77.37%,主要成分为烷烃类、酰胺类、醛类、有机酸及醇类等化合物;水蒸气蒸馏法分离出31个峰,鉴定出20个组分,含量占挥发油总量的80.70%,主要成分为醇类、有机酸类、酚类及烷烃类等化合物。经比较,乙醚浸提法较水蒸气蒸馏法能提取出更多的成分和获得更高的提取率,提取的化学成分也存在差异。 Volatile oil from Eulaliopsis binata was extracted through steam distillation and ether extraction, and the constituents were analyzed and identified by GC-MS in the present study. Percentages of the above compounds in the essential oil were obtained by peak area normalization method and comparison. The results demonstrated that more than 80 peaks, 47 constituents were identified from essential oil extracted by ether, accounting for 77.37% of the total volatile oil quantity. The major compounds in the essential oil are alkanes, amides, aldehydes, organic acids and alcohols. More than 31 peaks, 20 constituents were identified from essential oil extracted by steam distillation, accounting for 80.70% of the total volatile quantity, and the major compounds in the essential oil are alcohols, organic acids, phenols and alkanes. The volatile oil extracted by ether contained more chemical constituents than that from steam distillation, and the chemical constitu- ents also differed between the two methods.
